Big Mo’s brand was the brainchild of husband and wife team SachMo, Founders and CEOs Sachi and Mo. Disappointed by the overpriced, unorganized, unsafe and often rude customer service they received in many of the shops in their area, the couple opened their own brick and mortar location, Big Mo’s Smoke Shop, in Upland California in 2021. The Big Mo logo is actually a caricature drawing of Mo himself (he’s a Big guy that believes in Big savings!) Their shop was extremely well received by a community that was relieved to finally have an elevated smoke shop experience that provided friendly and knowledgeable customer service paired with premium fair market priced products. Because of the overwhelming success of their store and at the encouragement of their amazing client and customer base, the couple began working on their ecommerce website. With the intent and goal of bringing the same elevated smoke shop experience to the online community Big Mo’s website features the same great products and prices found at their California based store. We humble ourselves so that we may offer the best service and products to every state in the country. As a brand, we stand for BIG Quality, BIG Selection, and BIG Savings. We know that the community and industry we are a part of is still considered a bit “taboo”, and that because of this companies like ours (and its members) are often unfairly judged and criticized.
