Q. What’s the difference between the Puffco Peak and the Peak Pro?
A. The Puffco Peak is the classic, simple-to-use e-rig with preset heat settings. The Peak Pro adds deeper temperature control and advanced settings through app support (model-dependent).

Q. How do I clean the Puffco Peak?
A. After it cools, wipe the bowl with a cotton swab. For deeper cleaning, remove the glass and soak it in isopropyl alcohol (90%+), then rinse and fully dry before reassembling.

Q. How do I know when the Puffco Peak is fully charged?
A. The device will show a battery indicator/light behavior that changes while charging and when it’s full. Plug it into a standard USB power source and charge until the indicator shows a full battery.
